Los sabores de uno de nuestros clásicos de panadería, nuestra tarta de mantequilla canadiense, brillan en esta tableta: jarabe de arce ahumado, masa quebrada y pacanas tostadas. Está elaborada con chocolate con leche que hacemos del grano a la tableta con granos de Hacienda Victoria en Ecuador. A esto le añadimos masa quebrada crujiente molida en el chocolate base para darle un sabor mantecoso, azúcar de arce y pequeños trozos de pacanas caramelizadas con azúcar de arce y demerara. Perfecta para los amantes de la tarta de pacanas o las torres de tortitas con sirope de arce.
