Gotas de chocolate elaboradas en Suffolk a partir de chocolate de una sola finca. Hemos horneado con nuestro chocolate desde que empezamos a producirlo en 2013 y nos complace presentarlo en un formato fácil de usar para cocinar. Estas latas contienen las mismas pastillas que utilizan chefs y panaderos profesionales. Cada óvalo pesa aproximadamente 5 g y es un formato práctico para fundir en masas o ganaches. También puede trocearlas en masas de galletas, glasear sobre tartas o degustarlas como tentempié. Atemperado y listo para usar en casa.
