Gocce da forno prodotte nel Suffolk con cioccolato di una singola piantagione. Lavoriamo con il nostro cioccolato fin dal 2013, quando abbiamo iniziato a produrlo, e siamo lieti di presentarlo in un formato facile da usare in cucina. Queste lattine contengono le stesse pastiglie utilizzate da chef e pasticceri professionisti. Ogni ovale pesa circa 5 g ed è un formato comodo per sciogliersi in impasti o ganache. In alternativa, spezzatele in impasti per biscotti, glassate su torte o gustatele come snack. Temperato e pronto all'uso a casa.
