De smaken van een van onze klassieke baksels, de Gibassier, schitteren in deze reep; Anijs en sinaasappelschil, die doen denken aan de geliefde en unieke provençaalse gebakspecialiteit van Pump Street Bakery. Deze reep is gemaakt van pure chocolade die we van boon tot reep produceren met bonen uit West-Papoea. Hieraan voegen we zuurdesembroodkruimels en anijs toe, die in de basischocolade worden gemalen, en vervolgens sinaasappelschil voor frisse citrusnoten.
