Onze Eccles cakes zijn gemaakt met ons eigen Franse boterbladerdeeg en gevuld met een met Armagnac doordrenkte combinatie van Vostizza graad A krenten, rozijnen en bruine suiker.
Ze zijn de perfecte aanvulling op een kopje thee, een stuk kaas of een borrelglas Brandy.
