Os sabores de um dos nossos clássicos de pastelaria, o Gibassier, brilham nesta tablete; Anis e casca de laranja, que evocam o amado e único pastel provençal da Pump Street Bakery. É feita com chocolate negro que produzimos do grão à tablete, com grãos de West Papua. A este, adicionamos migalhas de pão de massa-mãe e anis, que é moído no chocolate base, e depois juntamos casca de laranja para notas cítricas frescas.

I was skeptical about aniseed in chocolate, but the orange peel balances it perfectly — tastes just like the bakery pastry it's inspired by. The dark chocolate base is rich without being bitter.

The aniseed and orange peel combo is unique and really does taste like the pastry. I just wish the dark chocolate was a touch less bitter to let the orange shine a bit more.
