É feito com chocolate de leite que produzimos do grão à tablete com grãos da Hacienda Victoria, no Equador. A este juntamos massa quebrada crocante moída no chocolate base para um sabor amanteigado, açúcar de ácer e pequenos pedaços de nozes pecan caramelizadas com açúcar de ácer e demerara. Perfeito para quem adora tarte de nozes pecan ou pilhas de panquecas com xarope de ácer.
