Madagascar - Milk 58%

The texture is so smooth it practically melts on your tongue, and that treacle hint gives it a lovely depth without being overly sweet. I've already ordered another bar, which says a lot since I usually stick to dark 70% and up.

The caramel notes really come through, almost like a sweet treacle underneath the cocoa. It's rich but not heavy, and I found myself reaching for another square long after I'd finished my usual portion.

Creamy in a way that melts almost too fast, and that treacle depth sneaks up on you after the milk settles. I've had the 72% before, but this 58% feels more approachable for an afternoon square without losing the Sambirano character.
