Chutě jednoho z našich pekařských klasiků – mandlového croissantu – zazáří v této tabulce; křupavá croissantová strouhanka a opražené mandlové plátky s máslovým crunch. Je vyrobena z mléčné čokolády, kterou vyrábíme od bobu po tabulku z bobů z ženského družstva Kekeli Cooperative v Togu. K tomu přidáváme croissantovou strouhanku, která je rozemleta do základní čokolády, a poté přidáváme mleté opražené mandlové plátky.
