Backtropfen aus Suffolk, hergestellt aus Schokolade einer einzigen Farm – derselben Schokolade, die wir für unsere Tafeln verwenden. Dieser 1-kg-Beutel enthält dieselben Pastillen, die auch Profiköche und Bäcker verwenden. Jedes Oval wiegt ca. 5 g und ist praktisch zum Schmelzen in Teige und Ganachen.
