Die Aromen eines unserer klassischen Backwaren, des Gibassier, kommen in dieser Tafel zur Geltung; Anis und Orangenschale, die an das beliebte und einzigartige provenzalische Gebäck der Pump Street Bakery erinnern. Hergestellt wird sie aus dunkler Schokolade, die wir von der Bohne bis zur Tafel mit Bohnen aus West-Papua produzieren. Dazu geben wir Sauerteigbrotbrösel und Anis, der in die Grundschokolade gemahlen wird, sowie Orangenschale für frische Zitrusnoten.
