Die Aromen eines unserer Bäckerei-Klassiker – des Mandel-Croissants – kommen in dieser Tafel zur Geltung: knusprige Croissantbrösel und geröstete Mandelblättchen mit buttrigem Crunch. Hergestellt aus Milchschokolade, die wir von der Bohne bis zur Tafel mit Bohnen der von Frauen geführten Kekeli-Kooperative in Togo produzieren. Dazu geben wir Croissantbrösel, die in die Grundschokolade eingearbeitet werden, sowie gemahlene, geröstete Mandelblättchen.
