Smakerna från en av våra klassiska bakverk, Gibassier, lyser i denna chokladkaka; Anis och apelsinskal, som påminner om Pump Street Bakerys älskade och unika provençalska bakverk. Den är gjord på mörk choklad som vi tillverkar från böna till bar med bönor från Västpapua. Till detta tillsätter vi surdegsbrödsmulor och anis, som mals in i baschokladen, och sedan tillsätter vi apelsinskal för ljusa citrustoner.
