Den är gjord på mjölkchoklad som vi tillverkar från böna till chokladkaka med bönor från det kvinnoledda kooperativet Kekeli i Togo. Till detta tillsätter vi croissantsmulor som mals in i baschokladen och sedan malda rostade mandelspån.
