Elle est fabriquée avec du chocolat au lait que nous élaborons de la fève à la tablette à partir de fèves provenant de la coopérative féminine Kekeli au Togo. Nous y ajoutons des miettes de croissant broyées dans le chocolat de base, puis des amandes effilées toastées moulues.
