Cette tablette, notre best-seller, associe deux de nos produits signatures (et préférés) : le chocolat noir et le levain. La tablette Sourdough and Sea Salt est fabriquée à partir de miettes de levain provenant de notre boulangerie dans le Suffolk, avec une touche de sel marin Halen Môn incrustée dans notre chocolat noir à 66 % d'Équateur, offrant une texture croquante et une saveur maltée.

Lorsque nous avons créé cette tablette, à notre connaissance, c'était la première fois que du chocolat était combiné avec du levain pour réaliser une tablette chocolatée texturée.

Fabriquée artisanalement de la fève à la tablette dans le Suffolk, au Royaume-Uni.
