Les saveurs de l'une de nos pâtisseries emblématiques, le Gibassier, s'épanouissent dans cette tablette ; Anis et écorce d'orange, qui rappellent la célèbre et unique pâtisserie provençale de la Boulangerie Pump Street. Elle est fabriquée avec du chocolat noir que nous produisons de la fève à la tablette à partir de fèves de Papouasie occidentale. Nous y ajoutons de la chapelure au levain et de l'anis, broyés dans le chocolat de base, puis de l'écorce d'orange pour apporter des notes vives d'agrumes.
