Abbiamo racchiuso l'essenza dei nostri croissant, realizzati a mano nel nostro laboratorio, in una tavoletta di cioccolato.
Per prima cosa, abbiamo fuso la loro burrosità nel cioccolato base, poi l'abbiamo arricchita con croccanti scaglie di croissant tostate al forno.
