Questa tavoletta, tra le più vendute, unisce due dei nostri prodotti di punta (e preferiti): cioccolato fondente e lievito madre. Sourdough and Sea Salt è realizzata con briciole di lievito madre provenienti dal nostro panificio nel Suffolk e un tocco di sale marino Halen Môn, incorporati nel nostro cioccolato fondente Ecuador 66%, per una consistenza croccante e un sapore maltato.

Quando abbiamo creato questa tavoletta, per quanto ne sappiamo, è stata la prima volta che il cioccolato veniva combinato con il lievito madre per ottenere una tavoletta di cioccolato strutturata.

Prodotta artigianalmente dal chicco alla tavoletta nel Suffolk, Regno Unito.
