当ベーカリーの定番「カナディアンバターパイ」の風味を再現したこのバーは、スモーキーなメープルシロップ、ショートクラストペストリー、トーストしたペカンの香りが特徴です。エクアドルのハシエンダ・ビクトリア産カカオ豆を使用し、ビーン・トゥ・バー製法で作ったミルクチョコレートに、バター風味豊かなショートクラストペストリーを挽き込んだベースに、メープルシュガーとデメララシュガーでキャラメリゼしたペカンの小片を加えています。ペカンパイやメープルシロップたっぷりのパンケーキがお好きな方にぴったりです。

The smoky maple comes through right away and the shortcrust pastry bits give it that buttery tart feel without being too sweet. Ended up finishing the whole bar in one sitting because the texture is that good, and the June 2026 date means I can stock up guilt-free.
I’ve already bought a second one after trying this, the shortcrust pastry note is spot on and balances the maple sweetness perfectly. Good to know it’s good until June 2026, so I can stock up without worrying.
