Category: CRAFT CHOCOLATE

This bar is made with beans sourced from Chantal Coady and James Booth’s smallholding, Grococo, in St. Patrick’s Parish. The chocolate offers a smooth, rich dark base with notes of blackcurrant, hot cocoa, and a gentle hint of tobacco. Cocoa nibs are then scattered throughout for a tender, piquant crunch that enhances both the texture and flavour.

Handmade from bean to bar in Suffolk, UK.

Lucy C. ★★★★★

The smoothness of this bar is what got me — it melts evenly without any chalky finish, and that blackcurrant kick lingers just long enough after each bite. I’ve already ordered a second one to see if the hot cacao note comes through stronger on the next batch.

Isabella ★★★★★

The texture is incredibly smooth for a 66% bar, and that dark base melts into a real burst of blackcurrant before fading to a warm, almost smoky finish. I've already ordered a second one to stash for a quiet evening.

Aurora ★★★★★

The texture is incredibly smooth for a 66% bar, and that hot cacao warmth lingers nicely after each bite. I’ve already ordered a second one to share—though I might keep it all to myself.
