The Gibassier 62% bar surprised me most—it’s got this light, almost floral quality that feels perfect for spring. The three bars in the box are a nice mix of cocoa levels, and the packaging is sturdy enough to give as a gift without extra wrapping.
The Hot Cross Bun 60% bar is the standout—that spiced aroma hits you the moment you unwrap it. Gibassier 62% is a close second, and the whole box makes a lovely spring gift.
The box itself feels like a proper gift—sturdy and elegant—but the Gibassier 62% is the real standout, creamy with a hint of toasted richness. I'd grab this just for that bar alone, though the other two are lovely for sharing.
